Our mission statement
To allow players opportunities to access appropriate levels of coaching and support throughout the talent pathway, enabling the programme to reach our ultimate goal in producing elite female players to compete on the world stage.
The pathway includes:
• Puma Girls’ U9 Player Development Centre (5-8 years old)
• Puma Girls’ Centre of Excellence (U10,U12,U16,U17)
• Puma Ladies Elite Soccer School (U18,U19,U21,U23)
• Puma Ladies Reserves and First Team Squad (16+)
Opportunities to Trial for 2014/15
The application process for all age groups ( U18, U19, U21 and U23) who wish to trial for the 2014/15 season can be found at the Members Participation page. All trials will be held at a fix date and are subject to the award of the PZPN Licence for next season.
We are always keen to receive applications from ambitious, enthusiastic and deeply committed football coaches and volunteers who wish to work in our Centre of Excellence. As an outfield Head Coach you must be qualified to Level 3 and as an outfield Assistant Coach you should be qualified to Level 2. All outfield coaches should hold the PZPN or equivalent Youth Awards at Module 1 and Module 2. As a Goalkeeping Coach you must hold the PZPN or equivalent Goalkeeping Level 2 award and ideally hold the PZPN Youth Awards at Module 1 and Module 2.
We also have vacancies for Internship and Chartered Physiotherapists to provide cover across our existing teams.
